Refund Policy

Because of the nature of the digital product, I must protect myself agaist theift. This is a digital download product(s) and I cannot afford to allow everyone to download all my software and use my systems and then ask for a refund. There are NO REFUNDS on Vendor-Lock for ANY REASON ! I give a FULL MONTH TRIAL period for $1 which is also non-refundable. YOU are responsible for cancelling your subscripting BEFORE the $19.99 charge to your credit card or paypal account is made, one month after you have joined IF you don't want to continue using Vendor-Lock past your trial period. ONCE THE PAYMENT OF $19.99 has gone through, that means you were happy with your trial period of one month ( MORE THAN FAIR ! ) and have chosen to stay as a lifetime member. You may not ask for a refund. You May cancel your subscription before the payment of $19.99, but YOU are responsible for doing so before the payment goes through. FUTHERMORE... I am not able to run around taking care of people's accounts for them, because I'm far too busy helping my members. Please do not email me and ask me to cancel your subscription for you. You are 100% responsible for cancelling your subscription before the $19.99 payment goes through. There is no exceptions to this policy.
